We ship via USPS. We pick and pack within 1 - 2 business days. Shipping times and costs can vary depending on location. Generally, in the US, it takes 5 to 7 business days to receive your order.
Orders refused upon delivery will incur a $10 restocking fee, and outbound shipping costs will not be refunded. Once the return is processed, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we value your trust in our products. To ensure you receive your purchase in good condition, we are happy to replace any item damaged during shipping. However, we are unable to offer general returns or exchanges except as outlined below.
While we strive to accurately display the colors of our aerosol foundations, bronzer, and bronzing mist on our website, we understand that online color matching can be challenging. For this reason, if you have purchased any of our NV color products on www.betheenvy.com and are dissatisfied with the color, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
If you're not satisfied with your LIP PRINT purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the remaining product must be returned to us. Please note there is a 10% restocking fee and that only one refund per customer is allowed. Any future purchases of LIP PRINT will not be eligible for a refund.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the initial and recurring payment charges at the current subscription rate. You authorize Be The Envy to automatically process periodic charges (e.g., monthly) to your selected payment method without requiring additional approval unless you provide notice to cancel your subscription or update your payment method.
You also accept responsibility for all recurring charges incurred before cancellation, including any charges processed by Be The Envy after your payment card’s expiration date, where applicable.
